CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER

The goal of Customer Experience Manager (CEM) is to deliver supreme customer experience and to optimize interactions from the customer's perspective. Customer experiences include interactions through traditional channels, such as website, phone calls and live chat as well as social media, text and other emerging communication mediums. Its purpose is to continuously refine & develop Customer Value Proposition.

What can you expect on the role?

Work with Sales, Customer Care, Service Delivery Managers to continually understand, define and the value proposition for selected number of services or products.

Combine business intelligence and customer data analytics to learn more about how to market and sell to current and future customers

Monitor all customer touch points to design and optimize customer experience

Ensure Product Strategy

Design new services or products in close cooperation with Business Development and IT architecture

What are we expecting from you?

Experience with Customer care / service, Sales or Service Delivery for a minimum of 5 years

Experience with work in the Mobility or Payments Industry is an advantage

Fluent English is a must, other languages are advantage

Excellent communication skills

Structured approach

Orientation to detail and task completion

Active and effective approach to problem resolution
