Inside Sales Representative Russian/Polish/Czech

  • Managing assigned authorized partners(resellers) via phone to detect potential business opportunities, value propositions on products& solutions
  • Communicating country specific and regional promotions to partners and executing campaign follow up
  • Supporting partners on their business development and tracking ongoing projects as an account manager
  • Managing lead pipeline, forecasting business and develop strong relationship with existing accounts
  • Generating up-sell and cross sell opportunities.
  • Administrating CRM tools, virtual portals and sharepoints on daily basis
  • Collaborating with country field managers and engaging resources to finalize sales projects
  • Attending business trips when necessary


  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business studies, Communication, Engineering etc.
  • Interest and passion for IT HW or SW technology and Sales
  • Fluent level of English and native Russian/Polish/Czech
  • Previous experience in IT environment and/or sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (phone manners)
  • Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member
  • Commitment, drive and achievement orientation
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • A good mixture of structured analysis, problem identification, solving and persuasion skills
  • Eligibility to work in the Czech Republic
