You will be responsible for managing set list of clients via phone, making sure they are satisfied, presenting their needs to the company and building a strong and positive relationship. You will be using an assigned set of accounts with closed IT budgets to assure that customers spend all their budgets to 100% (cross- and up-selling). You will closely collaborate with country field managers and engage resources to finalize sales projects. For all those tasks, you will be using CRM tools and also track, manage, and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline.
