Marketing Manager (CPS)

Responsible for the Marketing Management of customer segments and products & services in the area of Centralized & Integrated Solutions
Marketing Management & Business Development

  • Leads the design of the Marketing strategy for defined product areas and customer segments within the CIS product portfolio and proposes an aligned country-wide strategy
  • Ensures and monitors the implementation of the defined commercial targets according to the Marketing Plan
  • Supports sales calls for defined product areas to achieve the sales targets
  • Supports competitive analysis for the CIS product portfolio and provides resulting pro-active guidance to internal stakeholders
  • Supports pricing strategy for the CIS product portfolio
  • Contributes to joint Marketing Team projects such as the Roche Diagnostics Czech Republic Marketing Plan
  • Leads customer-facing trainings
  • Leads Roche-internal trainings on the defined product & customer segment topics
  • Leads organization of required congresses & events

People Leadership

  • Consistently demonstrates the Roche Core Competencies and People Leadership Commitments.
  • Gives strategic guidance on the Marketing priorities to the Sales and Professional Services departments
  • Regularly leads meetings with the Sales & Professional Service departments to ensure contribution to and alignment on Roche’s targets in the Czech Republic

Communications & Stakeholder Management (internal & external)

  • Gains consultation and buy-in of relevant internal stakeholders on various decision points related to the defined product & customer segments
  • Establishes trustful relationships with the Sales & Professional Services teams
  • Establishes strategic partnership with key decision makers of strategic customers

Study of Business Administration / Economics; alternatively: Natural

Sciences, ideally combined with an MBA

 Fluency in Czech and English

 Excellent knowledge of the state-of- the-art B2B Marketing practices

 Sound knowledge of Diagnostics product portfolio and the Czech

Diagnostics and healthcare market

  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and translate them into marketing
