Sales Manager Czech Republic
SALES DEPARTMENT IS CRUCIAL FOR US. NOW WE ARE SEARCHING FOR NEW AND EXPERIENCED MANAGER TO MANAGE TEAM OF 7 SALES REPRESENATIVES AND TO MEET SALES TARGETS IN CZECH REPUBLIC.

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:

  • Manages sales of company products in Czech Republic
  • Ensures profitable sales growth through planning and management of sales team
  • Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve sales and earnings

JOB DETAILS:

  • Manages the sales department and develops sales staff
  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in company’s products
  • Formulates company sales policies and procedures
  • Collaborates with top managers to develop sales strategies and to improve market share in all product lines
  • Participates the meetings with key customers to identify their needs, to build good relationships and to increase sales
  • Holds regular meetings with sales staff and company management
  • Cooperates with purchase department to meet customer needs

REQUIEREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3+ years of related experience in sales management
  • Knowledge of HORECA sector (at least in Prague)
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong result-orientation
  • Ability to motivate and lead the sales team
  • Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Cery good oral and written communication skills
  • University degree prefered, but not a must
