HR Business Partner
Our client is a leading international I.T. company who are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a company dedicated to providing an empowering culture and a strong team

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to provide advisory on HR strategies and processes
  • Support and guide managers in the effective design and execution of HR strategies and budgets, (with a strong emphasis on performance managment and retention plans)
  • Lead HR projects and support effective implementation across local teams
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current practices and recommend improvements
  • Participate in and/or lead global HR projects
  • Act as a leader for change and ‚champion‘ the strong cultural working environment

The ideal candidate profile:

  • A passion to lead HR best practice across the business and truly partner with the business managers
  • Previous experience with project management and implementation
  • Strong working knowledge of HR processes and systems
  • Strong capacity to coach, influence decisions and engage employees
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Proactive and result orientated approach
  • Solid understanding of employment and labor laws
  • University degree in related area
  • 5+ years of experience in HR
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English is essential
  • Previous experience working within an international company and/or I.T. environments is an advantage
