Talent Aquisition Specialist
Brunel is currently looking for Talent Aquisition Specialist to join its Prague office. Talent Aquisition Specialists are working closely with Brunel Account Managers to successfully deliver solution and experts to challenging projects.

Acquisition:

  • Management of the active candidate databases
  • Organizing and expanding the network of industry candidates
  • Translating contacts into concrete business 

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Generating a continuous flow of suitable candidates for local or global assignments in accordance with the clients, candidate profile
  • Initiating/organizing recruitment activities (in cooperation with colleagues)
  • Managing a structured and adequate candidate database
  • Coordinating the candidate flow
  • Developing and applying various recruitment tools including databases, social media, marketing and networking
  • Making an inventory of the requirements of the customer in consultation with the Account Manager

Systematic and pro-active approach to the market:

  • Identifying, by means of a pro-active and systematic approach, potential candidates, on the basis of the clients requirements and the system/marketing 
  • tools available within the branch/region
  • Carry out actions in consultation with the Brunel Account Managers

Administrative processing:

  • Taking care of the correct and timely supply of all administrative matters following the placing of an employee 
  • Update company database systems
