What are key responsibilities of Commercial Manager?
- Manage every aspect of our newly expanding operations in country with initial focus on online marketing, product portfolio and vendor negotiations
- Recruit the very best talent and oversee the training
- Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met
- Collaborate with management in Czech Republic on best strategy for the servis
- Negotiate with vendors and service providers
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Prepare reports on progress and development
- Contribute to the overall global success of our company
What do we expect from new colleague?
- Experience with e-commerce
- Basic knowledge of internet a e-commerce trends
- Native speaker with fluent English
- Flexible and willing to occasionally travel abroad
- Ability to engage and motivate others
- Drive to achieve results with strong attention to details
- Hands-on attitude, not afraid of physical work if required at the beginning
